Went to this office recently and fell in love with the staff everyone is nice and I got a sense that they genuinely cared about my health. It's been hard trying to find a primary physician but after this last visit I found my new health care facility. 5 stars
I see Brian at this office and he is absolutely awesome!!! I have been going here for 15 years and have never had a single complaint. He takes the time to explain exactly what is going on so you don't leave with just a prescription or diagnosis but you leave with an understanding. My children are always happy to go see him. We have six kids and each if them are comfortable and happy with Brian as well. He even takes time to explain to them and they really like him. The reason I gave it 3 stars is their line is always busy and it has become very difficult to get ahold of them to make and cancel appointments. Also they are booked quite often and having small children sometimes you really need to get right in. I personally don't care for Soma either but like I said Brian is great so to give the office a bad review because of Soma is misleading.
Dr. Soma has been our primary care physician since 2002. She has always been interested in not only our ailments but our total health. She always spends time addressing our concerns and makes sure we understand the treatment recommended. She and her staff are professional and helpful.
MY FAMILY AND I HAVE BEEN GOING TO SEE DR. SOMA KRISHNAMOORTHI FOR YEARS. WE'VE ALL HAD EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH THE STAFF AND DOCTOR. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOCTOR SOMA KRISHNAMOORTHI TO EVERYONE THAT IS SEEKING A GREAT DOCTOR. SHE TAKES CARE OF ME AND MY FAMILY, AND I AM TRULY GREATFUL FOR FINDING DOCTOR SOMA KRISHNAMOORTHI.
If I could give this a 0 I would. Were do I begin? I've her. Coming here since before Soma owned the practice, and let me tell you the doctors before were by far some of the best but unfortunately they sold the practice to this "doctor". She is so rude!! She takes WEEKS to fill out the forms for her patients whom are on disability and is extremely unprofessional. I've seen her sign the disability papers for the men an women who speak her language but she would take a month to sign my mom's. They take way to long in actually seeing a patient and there have been times where they give me the last appointments and they forget about us. Some of there nurses claim they don't speak Spanish when you talk to them in Spanish but it turns out they do. Seriously, if you know what's good for you and you don't want to deal will these issues DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! And if you do SWITCH, she just wants the money anf could care less if she's actually treating your issues!
